Clean, comfortable, and well‑located. We went for the hot continental breakfast at 8:00, but all the hot food, including the pancakes, had disappeared and it was never restocked; no kitchen staff ever appeared.

The breakfast was tops. They make an omelette to order, with options from a 10 item list (cheese, tomato, etc). Best breakfast for a long time! The hotel is close to Dinosaur Provincial park (well, not really close but nothing is closer.). I don't enjoy negotiating hotel prices

The front desk gave us no info about check‑out time, breakfast hours, or anything else; we had to hunt that data on the hotel site or by reading signs around the building. Even though the hotel wasn’t full, we were first given a ground‑floor room that could be seen from the parking lot and still smelled of cigarettes, likely a former smoking room now marked non‑smoking. We went back to ask for an upper‑floor room; the receptionist wasn’t thrilled but eventually moved us up. The new room was larger and more comfortable, though there was a stain on the bedsheet and a few hairs in the bathroom. We decided not to complain again and accepted it. Breakfast was excellent, with a lady making omelets—she appreciated a tip.
