Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly. Compared to other Japanese hotels, the rooms are on the larger side. Breakfast was fairly good, and the free bar at night (drinks, alcohol) was a nice touch. The parking lot is spacious. When I mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary, the staff remembered and handed me a heartfelt handwritten note in Korean, a souvenir from a department store, and even took a spontaneous photo – it was truly touching. The only downside was the lack of a large public bath, but having a bathtub in the room made up for it.
