The proximity to the subway and the parking in the underground garage were convenient. The room, however, was covered in dust everywhere.

The air conditioning worked. The cleanliness was very low; the room was just roughly dusty and worn. I didn’t even mention the balloon.

Overall, everything was fine. I would have preferred a bit more cleanliness.

The front desk was helpful, but the breakfast was thin and the waitress seemed unfriendly.

The reception staff and restaurant personnel were excellent, and the housekeeping team did a great job. Thanks a lot.
