The location was incorrect, the place was very gloomy, and the services were bad.

Honestly, this place was a total letdown. The balcony was nice, and the beds were comfy, but that's about it. The ads for the pool and gym were super misleading - the pool was gross, and the gym equipment was all broken. The staff was really unhelpful, especially with our room card issues; we had to ask for help multiple times. To make matters worse, checkout was a nightmare, and breakfast was a joke - very limited options, and nobody told us how to get eggs or coffee.

The room was decent, but that's about where it ended. The key card thing was weird - couldn't get a second one, and adding another one wasn't worth the extra cost. No fridge in the room, and the food was pretty monotonous and didn't get replenished often. The ad made it sound better than it was - felt like it was tucked away in a weird spot.

The room and bathroom were nice and spacious, and clean too. Only downside was the bedding could use an update. And the balcony wasn't really worth it, to be honest.
