The spot and WiFi were decent, but I can’t recommend it: we stayed in bedroom 1, and the balcony barely fit two chairs; the view was okay but nothing like the photos, which feels misleading and a bit scammy. The hot‑water heater failed to keep water hot for one of us, even after we tried the military‑style off‑then‑on trick; the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room was tiny with barely any space to move.

Room 2 had a fantastic view, the bathroom was fine, and the accommodation was clean. The shuttle bus is a 5‑minute walk, and the nearby Studenac shop is well stocked. We received a detailed email with everything, and the keys were easy to access. The AC worked well. Because we walked from the shuttle bus (Ploce gate), we climbed many stairs, which wasn’t a problem for us but isn’t recommended for someone with poorer fitness. It was a perfect choice for a 3‑night stay. If you want to tour the City Wall and museums, I highly recommend the Dubrovnik Pass, which also gives a discount for a Lokrum island ticket where you can spend a day swimming and walking.

It’s very convenient for heading into town, the room was inexpensive, and the walk to the beach was easy, though the balcony wasn’t very nice.
