The welcome was very good, with a chance to speak a bit of French and helpful evening‑meal recommendations. Breakfast was varied and decent. Parking was free, easy, and close to the hotel in October. The room size was adequate and the cleanliness was perfect. Walking around Vielha and its mountain surroundings was a delight. The bathroom and room temperature were high at all times! The duvet was useless.

“Sympa malgré tout dans l'ensemble”

The hotel was well kept, very clean, and nicely decorated; a table might replace a chair in the room. It’s on the upper side of Vielha, a short walk to the city center, and the young receptionist was adequate. The breakfast was very mediocre, with limited choices and average quality—fruit juice was bad, ham and cheese were low‑grade, and several dairy items had a “5‑day‑expired” date that should have been checked before being placed on the buffet. The toilet flush water kept running all night even with the bathroom door closed, which disturbed our sleep. The room faced the street and was noisy from passing cars on a busy road.

Everything was spotless, the breakfast was good, and the motorcycle parking was greatly appreciated. Overall, everything was fine.
