The location was good and the hotel let me check in when I needed to; the gentleman at the front desk was great. I’ve stayed in hotels that were a lot worse, and they even had a coffee pot. The door to the service desk was locked, which felt like they didn’t trust guests checking in. The alarm‑clock plug kept coming unplugged, and the cleaners knocked on my door while I was sleeping.
