We arrived and found that the bed was not accessible to us. Both of us are 77 years old and it is impossible for us to climb a high bed via a small, almost vertical staircase. Unfortunately this was not mentioned in the description and the photos were not clear enough. We therefore left and did not stay overnight. The host was anything but understanding and sympathetic. Afterwards we tried to get our money back and, with the help of Booking, we received half of it back. The host accused us of being dishonest in the aftermath, which upset us a lot. We believe the host should have made the description much clearer.
