The location was good, but there was a lot of noise on the street and the windows didn’t block it out enough.

“Ok but not a hotel and noisy”

The location in the centre of Athens was good and the bed was comfortable, but it was noisy at night because of the busy street, there was no staff after 5 pm so you had to find your room yourself, and it felt more like an apartment than a hotel because it had no facilities.

Getting luggage to and from the room was very difficult because of the steps and the drop‑off ledge leading to the elevator, and the room itself was very small.

“Charming accommodations and centrally located.”

Charming room centrally located. I’m a light sleeper so I use white noise to temper the noise from guests and nightlife when I travel. 2 things that fell a little short for me were that the curtains didn’t block the light enough and the noise from the street was louder than usual. We had a room that was on the Main Street side so the noise was probably louder on that side than in other rooms and the light from the street was coming through the curtains

“I would never use this hotel again and would not recommend it at all after the way I was treated with short cancellation”

I was frankly surprised to be asked to write a review because the hotel cancelled my room on the morning I was supposed to arrive without any explanation; although they eventually helped me find another hotel, it cost more and I was 1 km away from the people I was supposed to meet in Athens.
