The neighborhood around La Literie was great, but the hotel bar kept blasting music until 2 or 3 am, which was a real nuisance.

Everything was spot on – location, accessibility, cleanliness, and comfort all excellent. The housekeeping team was quick to meet any requests and super helpful. There are plenty of nice spots nearby and a supermarket just a short walk away. I couldn’t find anything to complain about, so I’d definitely stay here again.

The location was great, but I never saw any staff in person – they sent me an email with the access codes and told me to contact them only by mail for any questions.

The hotel’s spot was fantastic, right on a street full of cafés and just 50 m from a bus stop that heads to the bus station. The market and sights start about 300 m away. My room was comfortable for one person, the bathroom and linens were clean, and the bed was comfy. On the second day, while I was out, the room was refreshed and new water was added. Compared to another hotel I stayed at in Borovets, this place offered great value.
