It’s in a very convenient spot, you can walk around without trouble, the main street Caracoles is two blocks away, and the outdoor common area is great and quiet, just nature sounds. The only downside was the hot‑water issue, which happens throughout San Pedro de Atacama, so it’s unfair to rate the hotel poorly for something beyond its control.

The hotel was very cozy, the staff were friendly and helpful with tips, breakfast was tasty, and the location was great, close to Caracoles, the main street of San Pedro, but the Wi‑Fi could have been more stable.

El hotel es muy cómodo para ir en pareja. La ubicación es excelente, muy cercana a la calle principal. El desayuno y la persona que atiende en comedor 10 de 10. Cuando llegamos la administradora no nos quería hacer el check in porque según ellos no habíamos cancelado la reserva. Incluso le mostrándole el comprobante de pago, nos tuvo más de media hora esperando, y finalmente la descoordinación había sido de ellos. Eso no debería suceder en un hotel

Very central with a nice garden, but the swimming pool was dirty so I couldn’t swim.
