“Espectacular”

The hotel and the corner room offered great views. The air conditioning in the room leaked, but the issue was resolved when we were moved to another room.

Very pretty, exactly like the pictures. The place is very calm and the pool is amazing. The food isn’t good; if they changed the menu or whoever prepares breakfast, it would be perfect.

The hotel looks beautiful and its architecture is lovely. The music is great and the food is quite tasty. The service staff were quite incompetent. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived (an hour and a half after check‑in time); the reception computer didn’t work, so they didn’t give us keys. The mattress in the room was old and uncomfortable; the springs in hab307 could be felt and heard. There was no staff at the pool, so when I lowered a parasol they came out and told me I couldn’t do that and that I had to ask for help from the nonexistent staff. The room phone didn’t work. They opened the room at 11 pm, and we thought someone had broken in, but it was just a maid who supposedly was about to clean the room. No apology was offered. We couldn’t call reception to complain because the phone was not working. In short, it looks nice, but the service is far below what they promise. We left complaints at reception during check‑out; after the complaints they offered an apology and said “we hope you return soon, let us know and we’ll see if we can give you a discount.” It could be a great hotel, but the attention to basic details is seriously lacking. There is also no treadmill or bike in the gym.
