An electric shaver was stolen from the room, and the room was billed twice with no refund.

The facilities were excellent.

They charged me twice and I haven’t been able to get a refund after 60 days; they didn’t notice that the payment had already been processed by the platform and they billed me again at the hotel.

The bed was great and the iron and ironing board were handy, but the air conditioning didn’t work and it felt very hot.
