Hotel Andrea

“Gerne immer wieder Hotel Andra , da fühlt man sich Wohl”

I always enjoy staying at Hotel Andrea, no unpleasant surprises, all rooms were spotlessly clean, some with balconies, and I think all had a small fridge; the mattresses and furnishings were comfortable, and the staff were always reachable, helpful, attentive, and friendly.

“Ausstattung neuwertig, leider lieblos geführt”

We stayed in a room in the annex near the residential area, so even though the street was heavily trafficked it stayed surprisingly quiet. The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. The room felt fairly new and the bed was very comfortable. However, when we arrived at the announced time nobody was on site. The key handover only happened after we called, and every piece of information had to be requested individually – whether it was the breakfast location and time, how the bathroom lighting worked (the motion sensor only works during the day if the door is closed), or the Wi‑Fi password, which was initially given incorrectly. The remote controls, presumably for the room lighting, were neither explained nor functional. We only discovered the bike garage by chance when checking out. The overall hospitality and professional service were lacking. The floor in the room was poorly cleaned, and in the bathroom there were still hairs from the previous guest. The balcony, which is shared, was very dirty.

The location is great if you’re traveling with a dog; behind the hotel there are large, open fields perfect for a nice walk. The double room is nicely spacious with comfortable beds.

There were many very bad smells. The horse smell was especially unpleasant.

The room was spacious with a wardrobe, storage areas, and two chairs. The bathroom light is controlled by a motion sensor that behaves completely arbitrarily and randomly.
