However, the room got way too hot at night, and the decor looked like it hadn't been updated in a while. Plus, there was a weird smell at the entrance, and on Saturday, they didn't have an espresso machine at breakfast, which was a bit of a letdown.

The gym, though, was a nice surprise, and since we were there off-season, I pretty much had it to myself, which was awesome. The bed was a bit too simple and not super comfortable, and Saturday's breakfast setup was a bit odd - Sunday was much better.

While we waited for them to sort it out, we saw staff yelling at guests, a fight almost breaking out, and a kid wetting the carpet - it was chaos. The hotel's a mess, with most pools closed and parking a 10-minute walk away.
