The staff were very helpful, but I was hoping the prices were a bit lower since the location isn’t right in front of the entrance.

The hotel is close to the Prophet’s Mosque, check‑in is fast, breakfast is varied and tasty, the reception staff are courteous, and the staff’s quickness in changing rooms is appreciated—special thanks to Ms. Raghd for her excellent service and refined manner. There is nothing missing; everything was wonderful.

Cleanliness and quick responses to requests, plus modern and well‑arranged furniture, were great. The only drawback is that the hotel is directly on the women’s gates and mosques, and you have to walk a bit to reach the men’s gates.
