“Great business stay with a few minor drawbacks”
The stay was solid for business in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City, with a few minor issues. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and clean, with comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked well—sometimes freezing even at 22°C—and a mini‑fridge was handy. Staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent, close to supermarkets, ATMs, and local restaurants. Ride‑hailing apps like Uber and Careem worked smoothly, pickups usually within 10 minutes, and a bus station nearby ran to Dammam city every 30 minutes from 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM. The shower stall was extremely cramped (around 4 sq. ft.), making it tight for a medium‑built person and difficult for anyone larger; water pressure was weak, complicating rinsing off hard‑water soap. There was no buffet breakfast, mobile signal inside was weak, and the hotel Wi‑Fi was only average. Aside from the shower layout and lack of breakfast, everything else suited a practical, comfortable business trip.
