I had a truly appalling experience at this hotel. We were kept awake the entire night by a group of the staff’s personal guests who were shouting and making noise until the early morning hours. Despite the hotel claiming to be a non-smoking property, these guests were smoking and drinking in common areas without any intervention. I called the front desk and complained in person multiple times, yet the staff refused to quiet them down. Because the environment was uninhabitable for a second night, I checked out a day early. At that time, management explicitly promised me a refund for the unused night. However, they have since gone back on their word, offering nothing but excuses every time I follow up. It is clear this establishment has no integrity and lied just to get me to leave. They prioritize their personal friends over paying guests and ignore their own safety policies. Avoid this place at all costs
