“I would not stay here ever again”

The location was the only thing I liked about the property, and breakfast was decent. The room was not clean; there was a fair amount of dust on the headboards, greasy fingerprints on the back of the door in the room, in the hallway, and where the elevator is. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, so we had to fix it ourselves. A drink had exploded all over the lamp and it hadn’t been cleaned. The door mechanism got stuck and wouldn’t “catch” when it closed; the maintenance guy had to hit it to release it. When we returned on Saturday night, the room had not been made up, so we found unmade beds, used towels, and full garbage. The place is in disrepair, as one towel rack is coming off the cabinet. The shower spout is loose, coming out of the wall, and hard to turn on. There is no bathroom fan switch, yet there is a fan in the ceiling of the bathroom. The dining room was dirty—food on the floor hadn’t been cleaned up and all tables needed to be wiped down. I couldn’t get good pictures of several of these issues, unfortunately.

A perfect stay to end our trip! Rooms lovely, spacious and clean. Pool was spotless, as was the hot tub! The gym was fantastic with everything my partner and I needed. Good food choices nearby

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the food, especially the eggs, left something to be desired.

“Fun place to stay. The floors needed to be mopped in the elevator.”

The pool was a highlight, yet the muggy odor and the sticky floor in the elevator were annoying.
