When I asked about the bus departure time to Ose Hato-Machi Pass, the staff printed it out on a computer. The TV was there, but no fridge. It was just a sleeping spot; the shared area was unusable, even though there was a sofa.

静かな場所にあること のんびり出来ること. ・洗面所の清掃管理が良くないです 洗面台に髪の毛が付着、虫の死骸が片付けられていない等（廊下にも落ちてました） ・チェックイン時に、手拭いと歯ブラシのみ提供がありましたが、それだけで 歯磨きや、お茶（コーヒー）用のコップ等が常備されていないのも残念です 湯沸かしポットぐらいあっても良いのではと思います ※お湯はお願いして、魔法瓶に入れてもらいました ・石油ファンヒーターが使えましたが、使用説明等の案内書が部屋にありません 施設内での注意事項や設備についての「施設利用説明書」を完備したら良いと思います ・床が多少汚れていて清潔感がありませんでした ・共同風呂は利用しませんでした（館内が暖かくなく、また風呂場も冷えてました １１月中旬） ・ビジネスホテル並みの快適さを求めるのであれば、当該施設は避けたほうが良いでしょう （近辺に当施設しか無かったので、今回利用しました）
