I appreciated how quiet the house was, the free street parking was convenient, the bed and bedding were very comfortable, there were plenty of outlets for charging and medical gear, a shared refrigerator was available for anything that needed chilling, and my room had a space heater.

“Cannot recommend staying here!”

Location close to my relatives. 1) no one was there to let me in despite having been told he would be there until 11:30pm. Another guest let me in 2) room was cold; located in basement, which had damp smell; no toiletries provided; only 1 towel and never changed during visit, no washcloth, sheets never changed during 6 days; only coffee for 1 cup per day was provided; and no one to provide clean towels, sheets, etc;, shower was filty; carpet in bathroom was filthy. 3) RADON GAS needs to be checked for guests safety! 4) cigarette butts were in container & had not been dumped on a long time. Smell was overwhelming! Overall this facility is not a place to stay! A Youth Hostel would be better!

“MIGLIORABILE”

We stayed here for two nights with a group of 11. Five of us slept in the dormitory, while the other six were spread across the double rooms. The property offers 6 beds in the dorm and 4 double rooms, totaling 14 beds. Yet there are only two shower bathrooms: one shared between the dorm and a double room on the lower floor, and the other serves the three double rooms on the first floor. A third bathroom on the ground floor lacks a shower. In my view, the number of bathrooms, especially showers, is insufficient for the capacity. The location is great, but maintenance and management could be better. We arrived around 20:00 and some rooms weren’t ready; we also had to wait for towels. The bathrooms were dirty and the bins hadn’t been emptied. The kitchen wasn’t very clean either, and with 14 beds there were only three spoons, so we had to take turns having breakfast. The dishwasher was still full and hadn’t been emptied. The dorm didn’t match the posted photos: it’s much smaller than it looks and the space is so tight that moving between beds is difficult. Finally, during our stay the owner was always present and even slept on the premises. Some guests might not mind, but we felt his presence was quite intrusive. The property has potential thanks to its location, but it needs better cleaning, better space organization, and services that match the number of guests. Hosting so many people without proportional comfort can compromise the overall experience.
