The service at Roots Inn is flawless. When our luggage got lost on our flight, the team led by Omar gave us all the support until the airline returned our bags. Their restaurant, Roots Cafe, below the accommodation area is also great, offering good value and delicious dishes. I must also praise Erick, Erwin, and Fasily for their kindness.

Everything was close by. I just happened to arrive on the wrong dates while they were busy fixing the roads, and the dust was awful.

The room was simple but clean; as expected, there was no tea‑making facility or TV since it isn’t a hotel. I was lucky to have a fridge to keep drinks cool, which isn’t available in all rooms. The food at the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but there was no variety. The location is on the main road, so expect a lot of dust and noise.

The rooms were comfortable, and having windows helped reduce noise, which mattered to us. The owner was very nice and welcomed us warmly. The restaurant’s food is delicious and authentic. We’d love to return.
