“Ideal pour un séjour reposant à la montagne”

Situation géographique parfaite par rapport aux thermes et au SPA - Petit déjeuner complet et de très bonne qualité - Personnel au top et à l'écoute - Chambre toujours très propre et nettoyée et belle vue sur le panorama montagneux. Le parking est petit pour le nombre de chambres de l'hôtel cependant plusieurs autres solutions existent pour garer sa voiture en toute sécurité

Everything went smoothly, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and there was nothing to complain about.

The common areas—front desk, restaurant, bar—are pretty nice and the front façade looks good. The breakfast buffet offers a decent selection. The attic room, however, doesn’t allow you to stand around the bed and is smaller than advertised; the disabled room feels like a hospital room. The carpet in the bathroom is worn, the bed is too small for a 4‑star property, and the furniture looks like it belongs in a 2‑star hotel—damaged and in poor condition. The balcony is in disrepair. The parking is included, but you have to give up space for other guests.
