“Wonderful time”

Flamingo Hotel was simply wonderful! The place is beautiful, the room was clean and well organized, the pool was amazing, and the location was perfect for us. It’s away from the busy centre, but only a few minutes away by bicycle or e‑scooter, which we really loved. Hendra gave us a very warm welcome and was always happy to help with everything we needed — from an adapter to e‑scooter rental and boat trips. His hospitality really made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious, complete and reliable every morning. And the banana pancakes were absolutely amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

“Farebne, mile, čiste ubytovanie.”

The location is nice and close to the sea, the cleanliness is good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is large, the pool is clean, towels are exchanged and the room is cleaned every day. The bathroom needs reconstruction.

The staff are very kind, caring and helpful. There is an unpleasant sewer smell all the time, a leak from the AC that left our things wet, an uncomfortable bed, very low or even absent water flow at times, a power outage (it happened at night and lasted only a short time), and the breakfast service can be slow if you’re not alone in the restaurant.

“6 nuitées dans la chambre avec les hippocampes”

Everything! The welcome, the clean and pleasant room. The breakfast is super generous, fresh juice, only fresh products (a 👏🏻 for the chef). The pool is superb, clean and open until 22h. There are only 8 rooms, which is a plus! Family‑friendly atmosphere. The cleanliness is incredible! They even organize our stray belongings. The TV works very well (the first time in 6 hotels on Lombok, Amazon Prime 😌). Two towels per person (normally it was 1 everywhere). Extra towels for the pool or beach! The room décor is beautiful! The photos are accurate. The blinds block the view of the neighboring room’s terrace. We had 6 fantastic nights! We weren’t woken by the mosque, we don’t hear it. Renting bikes on site at the normal rate (50k per bike). Last year we were so disappointed with the hotel that we booked again with some fears, but there are water restrictions now and we never ran out of water! The shower works very well. There are electrical outlets everywhere that work in the room 😌. We had the room at the end of the pool, extremely pleasant and quiet. The manager runs the property very well. Food nearby, 8 minutes by bike to the beaches! Very well located. Thanks to the whole team! See you next year. Nothing! For nitpicking? A hair dryer 😉 would be a mini mini mini + 🙃

The hotel was very cute. The staff was always wonderful. The hotel was near a wonderful restaurant, Joli, that we went to all three nights we were there. Breakfast at the hotel was good but basic. The location was off the main drag, which made it quieter but also made it a walk to anywhere. No real view. However, everything was well taken care of.
