“Comfortable stay in great location, everything we were looking for”
Split’s great location made for a comfy stay, with the Palace and Riva within walking distance, and the host was friendly and ready to help with any questions.

The room’s beauty and comfort were impressive, but there’s no garage and nearby parking costs 4 euros per hour, which is steep.

We always start our almost yearly Croatia trip by checking this spot, and it’s become a favorite over the years; it’s popular, so we don’t always get a stay. It’s a 5‑minute walk to the old town, under 10 minutes to the waterfront, and about 20‑25 minutes to the ferry port with luggage. A grocery store sits right across the street, and there are plenty of bakeries and restaurants within 5 minutes, yet the area stays clear of the old town crowds. Taxis and Uber drop us straight at the door, something other old town rentals can’t match. The apartment is spacious with a comfy king‑size bed, a small fridge, and a kettle. Ana, the manager, is great to work with, and the place is always spotless when we arrive. I know this sounds glowing, but it’s how I feel. If we return next time, this will again be our first choice.

The accommodation sits in a well-preserved old building, and the rooms have been tastefully renovated; all listed amenities are present, and Ana is an exceptionally polite hostess eager to assist.

We liked the location, it is just a few steps from the old town and quick access to markets and restaurants. The place was very secure and the staff A1. Too small, too tight. Deceived by the pictures. Same for the balcony, tiny and could not sit confortable for very long. Be aware that the optional parking at ten euros per night is about 500 meters away, a 10 to 15 minute walk for average walker, so not very close
