Superb hotel. The host is truly very kind and welcoming. We had a large, very bright room, clean and comfortable. We went through them for the excursion to Lanh Ha Bay and everything went well. Highly recommended!

The location made it easy to get around Cat Ba without constantly arranging transport. The room and bathroom were clean, and the room was larger than expected. We caught a faint dump smell, but it didn’t bother us much. The staff were welcoming and helped with scooter rentals and tours.

The room turned out to be much larger than I had imagined, and everything was spotless when we checked in. Breakfast offered several options instead of a single dish, which was simple yet handy for early mornings. The staff were genuinely friendly and easy to chat with, giving us solid scooter and tour tips without feeling like a sales pitch.
