“I would stay again but only if I had a better room choice”
rooms were very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. On arriving I was informed I had been upgraded to a better room. So basically, i am 75, mobility is not great and the upgraded room was in the attic up many stairs and more importantly and with my H & S hat on, the top 4-5 stairs were dangerous for a person like myself. the stairs turned at 90 degrees with no handrail to grab for support. there were many stairs going to room 11, some stairs much higher than the standard stair height. I think with hindsight, on registration when I arrived, the person checking me in should have made an assessment that the upgraded room was not appropriate for myself
