The hotel is close to Royal Stage, rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful. However, there is no on‑site water fountain, it’s far from Hillerod’s center, it feels pricey, and the breakfast is too small.

The morning service and friendly staff were good, but the beds were far too soft. I couldn’t feel any rooms with firm or medium mattresses, so I didn’t sleep well.

Everything was fine and the staff was very pleasant; the rooms were fresh and modern, spacious with ample storage, and it was cool to have a private terrace for each room. The price, however, was very high, which fits the Danish market, but we found a comparable hotel in central Amsterdam for a much lower rate.

The staff is customer‑friendly and solution‑oriented, and breakfast is tasty. You never book the standard rooms because they’re too old; instead, book an upgraded room, which is better.
