I liked that it was close to a restaurant and a mall, and not far from downtown. The hotel is in Metairie, so I thought parking would be free, but I was charged for it. The front desk service was poor. I asked for a lake view and only got a partial view. I paid $170 for the night, and because of the parking fee I couldn't sleep in the room. Not happy 😒 😕 😑
