Hotel Las Vicuñas

The staff were friendly and gave us a proper orientation, but the room was in very bad condition, dirty and broken. Too bad!

I liked the exterior of the hotel as shown in the photos, resembling American motels, which was accurate. Breakfast was decent, though served in a very cold room. The hotel had a great rating and was listed as three stars… but our room was freezing. There was an electric heater, but we were advised not to leave it on at night. The bathroom was icy, without heating and shabby, with a broken basin underneath. In the end we didn't feel like washing up. The room was basic, not very comfortable. I had booked and paid for two nights, but we stayed only one.

The location, the calm, the friendliness and the helpful advice were great. The bathroom could use a renovation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nico and his mother gave us lots of great tips and recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nico and his mother also speak English, and they are always quick to respond if you need anything during your stay. The hotel is ideally located at the entrance to Putre, and the parking area is very large and convenient. We definitely recommend this hotel

“Muy Bien”

The location is super good, the hosts Nikolas and his mother are super friendly and help you during your stay. There is no TV in the rooms.
