I was forced to stay in a room that was infested with a mix of bugs, parasites, and fungus, which sent both me and my service animal to the hospital; after telling the staff about the ongoing problem, they ignored me and left me with no compensation for my ruined clothes, no sleep because I had to stand up all night as I was constantly bitten by mites, bed bugs, carpet larvae, and other pests; I’m a college student, a life coach, and sell digital products, yet I could only invite one customer to the hotel after discovering the infestation, and the staff said they didn’t care to stop or contain it; I took photos, asked for a new room and cleaning supplies, but the front‑desk attendant rushed me to finish with the crowd instead of asking how to make my stay comfortable, and an elderly man walked around the property staring at me and my registered service animal, telling me to check out and threatening to throw me out because of my pet, even though it does no harm; I liked the location and most front‑desk staff, but the morning staff was rude, rushing me to pay or leave, and the management’s neglect of safety, health regulations, and state and federal laws shows how long this place has been open and how many people will be affected before proper protocol is followed without treating guests like suspects.
