The resort hotel offers everything for both relaxation and wellness treatments, with a water fountain featuring Nafutya and Morshynska. It sits right in the city centre within walking distance, and there is parking available. The Lux room is spacious with a huge terrace, and the room’s contents impressed me – everything for sleep, hygiene, slippers, and premium bathrobes is provided.

The hotel and its location are nice, but the restaurant on the 9th floor has terrible service and the wait time for dishes is extremely long.

The medical centre is wonderful, and the staff at both the centre and the hotel are very friendly.

The hotel is good and the spa was very enjoyable, but the breakfasts are not tasty, everything is messy, and the quality of the food is questionable. In our room the automatic light‑on system was broken and it turned on by itself three times during the night.
