Hotel Gala

The staff were very nice. Unfortunately, there was a construction site right next to the building, which was not mentioned when I booked. The noise from the construction was still loud even though my room was on the opposite side. For the inconvenience, we were invited to breakfast at a hotel across the street.

The room was welcoming with a sea view, the bathroom was large, and the staff were kind and quick to solve parking issues caused by a nearby fair. I would say it was great. Nothing to add.

Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, the room was fine, the balcony was a bit too small, the air conditioning worked well, and there was a construction site opposite – which caused some noise. The stairwell should be renovated soon, and the carpet floor could use a touch.

The room and terrace on the 6th floor were very spacious, the sea view was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally kind. They kept my luggage after check‑out all day, and before we left they let us change into the downstairs bathroom after returning from the beach to get ready again. The terrace lacked lighting and there was dust under the bed. Given the terrace’s size, it would have been nice to add a couple of lounge chairs in addition to the table and two chairs.

The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly. I would suggest refreshing the furniture and especially the bed covers. A closer look at details, like the bathroom (which might be hard to notice because it’s blind), or small spider webs, wouldn’t hurt.
