Breakfast was very good, restaurant staff were courteous and helpful, and the location was pretty good; however, staff repeatedly entered our room without knocking, once even when we were changing clothes, forcing me to explicitly forbid them from entering unless we opened the door ourselves—an obvious breach of privacy despite their good intentions.

The place was very clean and organized, making efficient use of the small space, which worked well; the mattress was a drawback.

The room wasn't huge but had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant – just a couple of stops on the U-Bahn from the city centre and the main station. It sat in the university district with plenty of good restaurants right on the doorstep. The hotel included an excellent breakfast. It was all great.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast offered good value for money. The rooms were clean, the facilities were solid, and the location was close enough to the old town and public transport while staying away from the busiest spots. However, even though fans were supplied, the rooms can get quite hot during the day.
