The room was great and I could bring my pet with me, but everything else was lacking.

Overall we liked everything: the facilities, the restaurant (the food was tasty and generous), the relaxation areas, the cleanliness, and especially the staff’s treatment, which made our stay very pleasant—we’ll definitely come back. The only issue was that the radiator/air conditioner in the room dripped, and there was a tray that collected the water, which was a bit annoying.
