Situated steps from Sint Janskerk, a minute from the town hall and an eight‑minute walk to De Goudse Schouwburg, it lies 25 km from Rotterdam‑The Hague Airport, with nearby winter sports, kayaking and canoeing.

Clean, tidy, and spacious. The location was perfect. Nothing to complain about.

The location is unbeatable—hard to find something more central. The property is gorgeous with great amenities and the staff next door are extremely helpful. We’d love to return. Breakfast was nice, and cycling gives you traffic‑free access. The stairs are steep, so I’d avoid lugging a suitcase up to the room above the first floor.

The place sits on a truly great spot with three bedrooms and a view of Sint Jan, yet it feels like a calm oasis in the middle of town. The owner/manager communicated wonderfully—friendly, flexible, and quick to answer questions. The kitchen is full‑fledged with seating for six adults, the beds are excellent and crystal‑clear, and the décor is atmospheric. We even enjoyed an aperitif in the lovely communal garden thanks to the nice weather. All six of us had a fantastic experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. It isn’t a problem for us, but if you’re not mobile, the top floor is only reachable by a very narrow, steep staircase. Also, there are no lockable rooms; they’re on different floors, so privacy is somewhat limited.
