“Nicht wieder !”

The hotel itself is fine, and the location is good, but the staff—especially the front desk employee M.—were rude and even a bit cheeky; only the manager on duty could sort things out. Parking is paid.

“Great value for money. Comfortable, clean and good staff.”

The staff are very nice and helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable. There was a little mark on one of the sheets but staff did happily supply a clean sheet straight away. There is something on the shower base which makes you feel like the base is dirty, however staff assured me that it was clean and caused by the removal of a protective cover. (I bought a rubber mat for a few Euros from the handy Aldis across the street.)

“Nähe zum Flughafen ist perfekt”

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and good quality. The rooms feel a bit dated; there was a large, undefined residue on the shower floor that should be replaced.

All the staff were very friendly and supportive, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is close to the airport with flight details displayed at reception. I chose Premier Inn for its comfy bed and modern facilities, and there’s a small shop area where you can buy soft drinks, wine, and snacks if you’re hungry after a trip. I’d gladly stay there again; check‑in was quick. I have no complaints, but next time I’ll download the Uber App because it’s cheaper than a metered taxi from the airport.

The hotel is great, right next to a bar, but it would be nice if the windows were cleaned more often.
