“Decepcionante, com ótima localização!”

The place sits in a great spot, the hot jacuzzi was lovely and the support staff were outstanding, especially Cristian, Manuel and Victoria who were very kind and attentive. From the moment we arrived we ran into a cascade of issues: both toilets clogged, there was no central heating, the cabin was chilly, the gas for the central heating ran out, we endured many cold showers, the shower diverter was faulty and drenched the whole bathroom—including our clothes and toilet paper—and only one of the two showers actually worked. Because the gas heater only delivers 13 l/min it couldn’t supply both showers at once, so after skiing six of us soaked and freezing had to queue for a shower. With just one bathroom for the whole cabin we were left cold, delayed for dinner, and the bathroom stayed flooded and wet since there was no glass enclosure. We ran out of gas, so heating was impossible, and midway through we were told that full‑day central heating would cost 25 USD per day—a fee that never appeared in the listing, which we reluctantly accepted. Even after paying, there was still no heat and we were told the gas had run out. These problems seriously marred our stay. We opened a claim and were offered a cabin swap, but that couldn’t happen because other guests were already in the alternate cabin, so we stayed put. They eventually replaced the gas and by the fourth day at least one bathroom finally provided a steady, warm shower. The kitchen was missing utensils and had no microwave. Overall it was exhausting, but we didn’t change hotels thanks to the relentless effort of the support team, particularly Victoria and Cristian, who were incredible. The cabin reservation management stayed in touch trying to fix things; they never disappeared, though they couldn’t resolve everything in time.

The cabin was very comfortable and the room layout worked well; the large tub was perfect for relaxing, and parking was extremely convenient.

The place was comfortable, quiet and spacious, but the lower room was very cold, probably because the central heating was turned off.

I had a great stay here, the location is really convenient and the staff on site are excellent. Everything was fine, no issues to report.
