The room was dirty, with no proper wipe‑down; the microwave and mini‑fridge were also grimy, and the bathroom sink had hair while the shower wasn’t cleaned correctly. We couldn’t find any disinfectant wipes, so we cut our stay short because of the room’s condition and the bed was very uncomfortable. Better cleaning and supervision of staff and their work areas are needed.

It was very basic, and I’ve never stayed in one of these. I expected more, so it’s not my cup of tea and I don’t have pets. The no‑pet policy should have been communicated before booking.

The hotel is close to the airport and the customer service was nice. The rugs looked very dirty, and the vending machine didn’t work.
