The location was amazing, letting us walk to every point of interest. There’s no front‑desk staff, but they send all the check‑in details and access codes. Everything was clean and in good shape. The elevator is old but still lifts luggage up to the 4th floor.

The location was very good and Gabriele was very friendly and helpful, but the price was excessive; even though it’s in the heart of Rome, the cost isn’t justified. Moreover, it’s not a hotel but just simple rooms without any service or a proper reception. A section of the shower wall is missing, so water drips into the bathroom, and the mildew smell was strong. The night was noisy because of the road below the building, and the soundproofing could have been better.

Gabriele went the extra mile to help us, was very kind and accommodating. The place was clean with a comfortable bed and stylish decor. Its in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere. Slightly noisy as its a busy road, but we were so exhausted from visiting sites it did not bother us. Great choice and well worth the money
