We were checked in earlier than the scheduled time, the place was quiet, the air conditioner was peaceful, and everything was within walking distance of all sights and the tram line; the bed was very comfortable. The porter helped carry our luggage to a taxi on the neighboring street (he explained the route to the driver over the phone because the entrance street was blocked).

The front‑desk staff were incredibly kind, let us drop off and pick up our bags before and after, the place sits in a great spot, and they even updated us right when we arrived.
