“Beautiful”

The place was very clean and beautiful. The beds were not the most comfortable; the pillows were very hard, and the room was plain. It had a coffee maker and one mug, but no coffee. The water took forever to get warm; I was the last to shower in my family and the only one to get warm water. There was no food or drinks available at this place.

“Hôtel à fuir / Hotel to avoid at all costs”

Hôtel à fuir absolument. Le personnel s’est montré menaçant quand nous avons voulu annuler, et Booking n’a jamais répondu à notre demande. La chambre était insalubre : pas d’eau chaude, aucune pression dans la douche, grille d’évacuation rouillée avec une odeur insupportable de métal. Aucun service de base, même pas une simple bouteille d’eau. Pire encore, la douche possède une fenêtre non opaque donnant sur un passage derrière, ce qui est totalement inacceptable en termes d’intimité et de sécurité. Et pour finir, un concert à seulement quelques mètres de la chambre a rendu le séjour invivable. Une véritable honte pour un établissement hôtelier Hotel to avoid at all costs. The staff acted in a threatening manner when we tried to cancel, and Booking never responded to our request. The room was in terrible condition: no hot water, no pressure in the shower, a rusty drain grid with a disgusting metallic smell. No basic amenities were provided, not even a bottle of water. Even worse, the shower had a non-opaque window with a passage right behind it, which is completely unacceptable for both privacy and safety. To top it off, a concert was taking place just a few meters from the room, making it impossible to sleep. An absolute disgrace for a hotel

The pools were great. It was a little away from the city but everything else was fine.
