The hosts were so friendly! We loved it and would stay longer next time. The location is perfect at the entrance of the Rainforest, great for booking tours directly from the accommodation. The rooms are high‑quality, very clean, and the food is tasty. The balcony view over the river is fantastic! The price‑to‑value ratio is unbeatable.
Soggiorno da sogno,già dal primo momento in cui si apre la porta della stanza e dinnanzi a te si aprono queste vetrate a sbalzo sulla giungla selvaggia,camera spaziosa,pulita,nuova,bagno super…. L’host e la sua famiglia sono fin dal primo momento stati gentilissimi e super accorti nei nostri confronti,la colazione,quasi dopo 1 settimana in Sri Lanka,la migliore! Con prodotti tipici e ottimo assortimento…e anche la cena su ordinazione preparata da loro era eccezionale! Consigliamo l’escursione nella giungla,esperienze indimenticabile anche grazie alla guida Preddy! La posizione è un pofuori da deniyaya,perché chi cerca un luogo magico,dove rigenerarsi tra natura,silenzio e ottimo cibo e la posizione top! Se avete bisogno di un driver chiedete alla struttura di nishan,persona magica!

We had a nice room with a wonderful view of the valley. The family welcomed us warmly and even suggested kayaking together, which we gladly did. The planned activities such as the night walk and the 10 km jungle trek were led by excellent guides who knew a lot and took the time to answer our questions. Truly recommended! We also ate at the lodge every time, and everything was fresh and delicious.

Excellent location, stunning view of the river and mountains. The furnishings are wooden and well arranged. The guides for the rainforest and the long trek over the Lion Rock and waterfalls (22 km – 800 m elevation gain) were very nice.

Great location, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful staff. I made a wrong booking, but the staff fixed it perfectly for me. The room was perfect with all the facilities. The approach road (well, path) was very bumpy, narrow, and wet when I arrived.
