The location is excellent and the free parking is a plus. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is old, lacks real hot water, the Wi‑Fi never worked, and there’s a lot of nighttime noise that makes sleeping a bit difficult.

Nothing positive. The hotel was old, neglected, moldy, with a leak, no hot water, only a small towel, no maintenance, damp sink that was unfinished—worse than a motel.

La ubicación. 1.- No cuentan con estacionamiento propio, se llevan tu carro a estacionar a otra parte y te hacen un cobro extra por valet parking y esto no se menciona en la descripción. 2.- Nos hospedamos dos noches y no hicieron aseo en las dos habitaciones que reservé, nos quedamos con las mismas toallas, sábanas y la basura acumulada. 3.- En la página de booking no hicieron el registro de que si llegue, me aparecía en la página que no había llegado al alojamiento, tuve que hablar directamente a booking para que me ayudaran aclarar dudas sobre este tema. 4.- El personal que tienen es amable pero le hace falta capacitación ya que no saben resolver problemas ante situaciones que se presenten, en mi caso no me resolvieron lo que me aparecía en la página de booking que no había llegado a la reserva
