I was really disappointed with this place, but I have to give credit where credit is due - the price was great. Unfortunately, the location was pretty terrible, and the showers were disgustingly dirty. The staff were friendly, but the property itself was a letdown, with rooms that were ridiculously noisy and in desperate need of a deep clean.

The hotel's got some good points, like the parking, the view, and the price. The staff's available, but they don't really go out of their way to help. But, oh boy, the noise level is crazy – it's like a never-ending party. I stayed in a room on the street side, and I couldn't get a wink of sleep due to the complete lack of soundproofing. And don't even get me started on the hot water – it's like they're playing a game of roulette with the temperature.

I'm still trying to figure out how the photos on the website managed to make this place look even remotely appealing. The reality is a far cry from the clean, modern rooms they're trying to sell you - my room was outdated, dirty, and had a seriously creepy vibe going on. The shower was a joke, with water pressure that was more like a weak lawn sprinkler than a refreshing rinse. The whole room felt dirty, like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks.

This place had some major issues with pests - we're talking rats and ants galore. The location was actually pretty good, but it was hard to focus on that when we were dealing with a rodent problem. The staff seemed friendly enough, but they didn't seem to be doing much to address the issue. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown.

Tagaytay has always been a favorite getaway spot for me, and this hotel's location is a big part of why. It's right in the heart of the city, with stunning views of the Taal Lake and Volcano. However, the traffic in Tagaytay is notorious, and it's a good thing I didn't plan to venture out much during my stay. The hotel itself is decent, with clean and comfortable rooms, but the real highlight is its proximity to the city's main attractions.
