A hidden gem inside the building. The hotel is spotless and the staff are extremely friendly. My room was on the fourth floor, quiet at night, with a comfortable bed, and the Wi‑Fi was fast. Unfortunately, this beauty has no elevator, so climbing the stairs is exhausting.

Nothing positive. First, there’s no clear sign at the entrance telling you what’s allowed in the room; the only notice in the room says “no smoking.” If you dirty something you’re charged, so why have a cleaning lady? Two staff members won’t accept euros, only dollars, which is odd since the euro is larger than the dollar.

The location is fantastic and easy to get around from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Management has said they’re looking into the complaints and are promising to improve. The room had a persistent musty odor, fungus on the wall, shower curtain, and bathroom ceiling, the sink didn’t drain well, and the air‑conditioner was leaking.
