The hospitality was wonderful, especially Peter who was very attentive, helpful, and the best hospitality I’ve seen in Sri Lanka so far; he’s also a great chef—thanks!
The location is beautiful and the rooms are clean. The location is very, very nice.
“Disappointing Experience with Hotel Location”
I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience as we struggled to locate this hotel even with the help of a knowledgeable local tuk-tuk driver. We spent a significant amount, 7,000 Rupees, searching for it, and eventually had to settle for another place for 15,000 Rupees. It would be beneficial if the hotel's listings were verified periodically to avoid such issues. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
Staff were helpful whenever needed, and the double rooms were nice and spacious with two huge beds. The internet on the top floor dropped in and out, but rooms on the bottom floor had good connectivity.
Everything is the best. Nothing could be better.
