Nothing pleased me at all; the whole hotel was awful, and the room was disgusting.

The location was excellent, but the cleanliness was poor, the furniture was old and worn, the Wi‑Fi was terrible, and there was no quiet; a little extra funding from management could raise the hotel’s standard.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly after five tries, and it didn’t turn after that. I called them at 2 a.m. and they said, “Sorry, a minute, someone will be there.” Knowing I’d arrive at 2 ¼, I told them right away, but they said fine. I waited more than an hour and then slept.
