The supporting staff made my stay comfortable and efficient.

The stay was excellent, but there was no dining hall.

The staff were supportive overall and available to solve queries, but even basic food orders had a very long wait—usually at least 1.5 hours. On checkout day I ordered a coffee, waited an hour, asked about it, the staff seemed confused, and the coffee was still not ready, so I had to cancel the order. This area definitely needs improvement. Other than that, the overall experience was good.

The room was stinking with the bad odor I had requested for another room but they had not provided any accommodation and left us to search elsewhere without any help; it was a very worst experience for me.
