The staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful, adults enjoyed plenty of comfort and kids had lots of entertainment, and the food was delicious—desserts were a highlight. However, the pool bar attendants, while courteous, could have been more proactive, and the sink in my apartment’s bathroom needed maintenance because it was somewhat clogged.
